CEO
Kobe Y. brings over 20 years of invaluable experience as our CEO to the Security Institute of America. A distinguished U.S. Army Special Forces veteran, he has served as a security expert with the Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of State. Kobe holds certifications as a Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) certified firearms instructor, a Department of State Certified Instructor, and a PreHospital Trauma Life Support Instructor. Additionally, he maintains a National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians paramedic license.

Director of Operations
With a wealth of experience, Patrick P. serves as our Director of Operations. Boasting over five years as a program manager for various U.S. government programs, Patrick is a certified Project Management Professional and a U.S. Army veteran. His expertise in security matters gained through service with the Department of Defense and the Department of State adds significant value to our institute.
Director of Training
A retired U.S. Army Special Forces operator, Andre B. is our Director of Training. Drawing from a successful career leading teams in numerous missions, he holds instructor certifications from the Department of Defense and possesses over 20 years of experience in training foreign militaries.
Director of Administration
Magari F., our Director of Administration, brings a wealth of expertise to our leadership team. A U.S. Army veteran with over a decade of management experience, she holds a certification in Project Management and a master's degree. Magari plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration of our institute, contributing to the overall success and organizational excellence of the Security Training Institute of America. Her commitment to precision and organizational management enhances the seamless operation of our programs and services.
Director of Curriculum
Takelia B., our Director of Curriculum, brings a solid educational background to our team. With a degree in education and over 15 years of experience in teaching methodology, she has also served as a coach to teachers and is an expert in curriculum design.
Director of Logistics
As our Director of Logistics, Kwanza A. contributes over 23 years of military service, retiring as a major from the U.S. Army. His extensive logistics background includes serving as an instructor at West Point, providing valuable insights and expertise to our operations.
Medical Director
Dr. Eyarko W., our Medical Director, is a licensed medical doctor specializing in Emergency and Internal Medicine. A retired Lt. Colonel with the U.S. Army, he served as a battalion Surgeon for the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne). His medical expertise ensures the highest standards in our training programs, prioritizing the health and well-being of our participants.
